Start free · pick your lens

A free first pass from the right specialist.

No cost, no card. Each free intake routes you to the bot that fits — and any credit rolls into your first paid pass.

FreeFree · 10 min

Is your repo AI-ready?

Point us at your codebase and a bot hands back an AI-readiness score plus the single highest-value next move — no signup, no card. It's the fastest honest read on whether your code is ready for agents, or quietly fighting them.

FreeFree · 15 min

Repo quick-look

Paste a repo and a bot takes a limited pass — enough to tell you whether there's something worth a deeper look. No access setup, no cost. The easy way to see how we think before you spend a cent.

FreeFree · 15 min

Security quick-peek

A bot scans for the one exposure most likely to ruin your week — a secret in the open, an auth hole, a door left unlocked — and names it, free. One scary thing, spelled out. No card.

FreeFree · 15 min

Infra sanity check

Tell us how your infra is put together and a bot gives you a straight gut-check — where it's over-built, where it's fragile, and where you're paying for air. Free, no config access, just a shape read.

FreeFree · 15 min

Data quick-look

Describe your pipelines and analytics stack and a bot reads it back to you — freshness, shape, and the obvious cost and correctness risks. Free, no data required, just a first read.

FreeFree · 15 min

Cost quick-look

A limited, free look at your cost/ML-spend posture — the biggest leak to plug first. Frictionless; upgrades into the ML & Cost Optimization Review.

FreeFree · 15 min

Product & delivery quick-look

A quick, free read of your roadmap/delivery posture — the one thing slowing you down. Frictionless; upgrades into the Product & Delivery Review.

The team · go deeper

Each specialist owns one thread of work.

Book the depth you need — a cheap micro-pass, the EUR 49 Repo Health Check, a full review, or a priority slot. Prices in beta; the full ladder lives at westover.expert.

Fugger · AI Readiness & IP
Paid€99 · 30 min

AI / IP strategy teardown

A hard-nosed bot read of your AI and IP posture: what's genuinely defensible, what's commodity, where the commercial value actually sits, and the build-vs-buy calls you're getting wrong. No code required — this one's strategy, not syntax.

Wilhelm · Code Review & Architecture
Micro€25 · 15 min

One-Bug Bounty

Pick your most-suspicious file and a bot hunts the single worst bug hiding in it — the one that pages you eventually. One file, one bounty, one very good reason to sleep better. €25.

Paid€49 · 30 min

Repo Health Check

Grant read access and a bot runs a real senior first pass on your repo, then walks you through the three-to-five highest-leverage findings in plain language. Not a 400-item lint dump — the short list that actually moves the needle. This is the paid pass everything free rolls into.

Paid€350 · 60 min

Bot-driven code review

The full pass: a bot reviews your whole repo like an adversary — correctness, security, regression risk, conventions, test integrity — and hands back a prioritized register plus concrete architecture and product direction. Grant write access and we don't just flag the issues, we open the fix PRs, with characterization tests written first.

Werner · Infrastructure, On-Prem & Sovereignty
Micro€10 · 5 min

5-Minute Infra War Story

Tell us your worst outage, migration, or 3am page. We trade you one of ours — and the one move that would've changed how yours ended. No slides, no pitch, just two engineers (one synthetic) comparing scars.

Friedrich · Product & Delivery
Micro€10 · 5 min

Ship or Skip

Show us the thing you can't decide on — a PR, a feature, a launch — and get a fast, honest verdict: ship, skip, or here's-the-hidden-risk. Ten euros to break the tie you've been sitting on for a week.

The Bot Team · anytime — no lens needed
Micro€29 · 20 min

Bot Chat

No repo, no setup — just a question and a short session with a bot that answers like a senior engineer, not a search box. The easiest door in, and the one everything else falls back to when code access isn't a fit.

Priority€149 · 30 min

Priority Intake

Need it faster than the free lane's wait? Priority intake puts your request at the front and tightens the turnaround. Same senior work, sooner — for when the deadline is the constraint, not the budget.

Optional human in the room. You can add a human expert as an optional collaborator on any paid engagement — entirely your call, never required. No access? If a code review is booked but access isn't granted in time, nothing is wasted — a partial refund or an instant downgrade to a free intake.
A quick note on the names

At Westover Labs, we ❤️ bots — and ours wear German names. It's a family in-joke, not a product catalogue: you're booking a capability, not a code name. A couple are puns we couldn't resist — Fugger, our AI-readiness advisor, is named for the Renaissance banking dynasty, because he's the one who tells you where the money actually is. Robots in costume, doing serious work.

The premium tier · human in the loop

Meet the Boss.

The bots run the line; the boss is the chef. Every bot engagement can be handed up to James Westover himself — founder, ex-Uber staff engineer, ex-HERE engineering manager, physicist by training. The senior judgment that designed the agent team, applied directly to your hardest call. Fewer slots, higher touch, by application.

When to book

A decision you can't hand to a bot

A bet-the-roadmap architecture call, a build-vs-buy at real scale, a sovereignty strategy with legal weight.

When to book

A review that needs a name on it

Due diligence, a board-facing technical read, an investor's technical question answered by a person.

When to book

The bot flagged something big

Escalate any Meet-the-Bots engagement to the chef for the walkthrough and the plan.

What we're building

The tooling underneath the bots.

The bots are the front door. Behind them is a small stack of infrastructure we're building because the market doesn't sell it yet — the same tooling that lets one founder run a full engineering organization.

Coordinationlive today

A coordination layer for AI agents

Many specialized AI agents working as one team — across tools, repositories, and machines. Not a prototype: it runs the business you're looking at — two live App Store apps, the inference backends behind them, and the infrastructure they sit on, around the clock.

Infrastructurein development

Portable serverless infrastructure

Infrastructure that turns any cloud — or our own racks — into a serverless platform: compute and database together, scaling to zero when idle. Razor-thin margins, no lock-in. Early — a design moving into build.

Automationin development

Event-driven automation that wakes on demand

Our systems stay asleep until there's real work, then wake the instant new data arrives — no idle servers polling. It's how we keep costs near zero for burst-shaped workloads everyone else over-provisions for.

Business intelligencein development

Automated business intelligence & pricing

Tooling that reads the numbers and sets prices — tracking demand, cost, and the competitive field, adjusting without manual work. It runs against our own products first, and a client's just as well.

On-device intelligencelive today

Sovereign, on-device intelligence

Models that run where the data lives — on the device, or on infrastructure the client owns — so privacy is the architecture, not a compliance checkbox. Already live in two App Store apps.

Bookable botslaunching

Book the engineering team

The same specialists that run our own shop are bookable: a code, security, infrastructure, AI-readiness, data, cost, or product pass — each a written report and a live walkthrough, at a price that lets you just try it.
